Refund policy
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours from receiving your item to request a return by contacting us at 1quickdealinfo@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 067 274 3047.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns initiated not because of an error on our part will incur a return courier fee for which you will have to pay.
Returns on perfumes if you are not satisfied will be accepted as long as the perfume has not been depleted to less than 48 ml out of the 50 ml supplied. You will be liable for the return courier and upon inspection the price of the perfume will be refunded or credited if you so wish.
Returns on Vapes will not be allowed due to health reasons.
To start a return, you can contact us at 1quickdealinfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This should be done within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Repairs
Stones on jewellery and watches are guaranteed for 7 days from receipt of your order. This guarantee is void if the jewellery or watch has been altered by anyone besides 1 Quick Deal or has been damaged due to negligence of any sort. This will be determined upon receipt of the goods. If you have per chance mishandled the goods let us know as it will be revealed upon inspection.
Jewellery can not be guaranteed beyond the above as each person handles their jewellery in a different manner beyond which we have no control.
Watches that develop a problem after 7 days will fall under our supplier guarantee and so our supplier will determine how they deal with a defective watch. Usually if a problem is encountered it is with the movement of the watch which our suppliers generally replace with a new movement which is then essentially just like a new watch. Repairs on watches usually take between 4-6 weeks after we receive your watch and our supplier receives it from us.
Guarantees on watches are honoured by any retailer selling brands of a specific supplier so if it is more convenient to take it to a retailer closer to you then you may do so. The retailer may charge for postage to send in a repair.
Skagen watches may be taken in to any Fossil Watch boutique countrywide as Fossil group owns Skagen.
Swatch may be taken to any Swatch boutiques countrywide.
Victorinox may be taken to any Victorinox, Tag Heuer, Frederique Constant retailers or any stockists of Picot & Moss brands as Picot & Moss are the distributors in South Africa.
Casio may be taken in to any Casio retailers.
Any watch requiring a repair will be subject to a postage charge as guarantees are honoured by our suppliers and the watches have to be sent to them.
Any jewellery item requiring a repair beyond the 48 hours to identify defects and the 7 days for stones will incur a postage charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, vapes (which have a direct health implication due to the nature of use) & perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for nutritional supplements, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges will incur a postage charge.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
